Safer, Less Invasive, and Highly Predictable
Advanced dental technology plays an important role in the level of surgical precision and predictability of procedure outcomes. When integrated into the treatment process by an experienced oral surgeon like Dr. Aaron Quitmeyer, patients experience safer, more comfortable, less invasive, and highly predictable care. With this integration of a highly-experienced surgeon and dental technology, our patients can expect better and long-term results, especially with dental implants and full-arch solutions. Our practice takes pride in being one of the most technology-forward oral surgery offices in the area, and we have invested in many pieces of advanced dental technology, all with the goal of providing the best possible care for our patients.
Our Advanced Dental Technology
Our modern facility is equipped with dental technology we specifically integrate into all our treatments. From diagnosis to post-operative care, this technology helps up bring minimally invasive and comfortable experiences to each of our patients.
Cone Beam CT
Cone Beam CT technology provides highly accurate 3D images of the inside of the mouth. This in-depth knowledge of the teeth, gums, and jaw bone improves treatment planning and is more convenient, with less radiation exposure, for patients.
Plasma Rich Growth Factors
Plasma Rich Growth Factors (PRGF) aid in the rapid healing at the treatment site and regeneration of tissue after dental implants, bone grafting, tooth extractions, and other surgical procedures. PRGF is created from a sample of the patient’s blood.
Intraoral Scanner
The intraoral scanner is a chairside device used to capture high quality digital images of the teeth and gums, eliminating the need for traditional impression-taking. Images from the scans can be displayed in real time, helping with patient education.
X-Guide™
X-Guide is a 3D dynamic navigation system used during treatment planning and dental implant surgery. The system provides highly precise guidance on the position, depth, and angle at which the implant is placed to improve surgery predictably and accuracy.
L-PRF™
Leukocyte-Platelet Rich Fibrin (L-PRF) is a combination of healing, clotting, and new cell growth-promoting blood cells derived from the patient’s own blood. L-PRF placed at the treatment site encourage a safer and more rapid healing process.
Osstell ISQ
The Osstell ISQ monitors the level of osseointegration of a dental implant, or how well the implant post is fusing to the jaw bone. Measuring post stability during osseointegration helps catch issues at the site before the dental crown is restored.
Leveraging Technology, Experience, and Training
